Days 5-9

Hey guys! Sorry it's been so long! Been super busy! Friday I worked and spent with the boyfriend. Saturday, I worked and took a nap before going out to some late night salsa with the boy and friends. Sunday, I worked and went to my Mom's house right after. Monday, I worked and came home and napped and got food and skyped with the boy. Tuesday, I worked and then came home and slept on and off for 12 hours. And then Today! I finally ran! Woohoo!!!!!!!!! I rn 2.75 miles!!! That's 2 3/4!!! Which is almost 3!!!! Took Doodle for 2 out of the 3 laps that I did. But he got into it with another dog. =( So I took him home before finishing my last lap. Prolly just gonna do the run for today. Since it's been like 4 or 5 days since I exercised, lol. Besides still gotta wash dishes and make dinner and shower!!! I'll weigh myself after I shower and update you guys before bed.

Day 4

Hey guys! Was 123.4 this morning. I think. It was 123. something, lol. Seems like I won't be exercising here today. Will at least take a walk with the boyfriend or something later. Have a house to clean!!! Yuck. Lol. So, I'll update later!

Day 3

Hola mis amigos! Oi. Been a busy day for exercising! I went for a 1.5 mile run today! Yay! I said I was gonna run farther! And I did! *pats back* And then when I was done with that I did Billy's Boot Camp: Basic Training. The pain is ridiculous. Part of the workout consists of working with resistance bands. Yeah . . . I didn't finish some of the workouts, lol. I attempted all of them though! Yay! And some I really did have trouble doing. I hurt my ankle a few, well. Actually. I hurt my ankle about a month ago. Wow. It's been that long. Anyway, point is, we deduced that I may have torn some cartilage or a ligament and it STILL hurts sometimes. Like, I still can't sit with it underneath me and things like that. Well, sometimes the video requires you to kick out to the left side, which makes the ankle flick out, obviously. That does not feel good on the ankle and I really do not wish to hurt it again. (Omg, Siggy is sitting on my stomach and one arm as I am typing this and holy crap that hurts!) (And now he's on my thigh! Omg!!!! WHY?!) Anyway, so have to be careful about that. (Sigfried is very fat. Picking him up and throwing him off of me also makes me hurt. -.- I am going to be one sore penguin tomorrow.) Now, must go eat my leftover rice and corn and make a chik'n patty!

Day 2a

Got really nauseous earlier at work today. I think the pizza was finally catching up to me. Plus I'm super exhausted. So, decided to skip the work out for today. Tomorrow, I'll take the Doodle Pup for a run and do my Tae Bo . . . if I can get the DVD player hooked up that is . . . if not I'm sure the boyfriend can do it for me sometime, lol! Have yet to weigh myself, didn't get the opportunity until a little before 630 pm today. But, I haven't done any exercise and I ate a wonderfully delicious meal of a vegan chik'n patty with rice pilaf and corn so I'm sure I'll be back up again, lol. Then again, I've done this enough times to know not to expect overnight results or even quick results. The first couple of weeks are always the hardest. And the sucky thing is, is that I can't establish a real routine! One of my managers just called and I'll be working overtime on my days off over the next 2 weeks so I'll have to schedule around that. Plus! I need to go down to my old town and pick up some stuff I left at my friends' house. Plus, I'd really just like to go see them . . . But anyway! The plan for tomorrow is to run a little bit farther than I did last time. Even if it's only by .001 of a mile! I WILL do it!!!!!! Rawr! And I'll attempt my Tae Bo. I know that it always kills me and I'm not expecting to do the entire video but I'm going to give it a serious attempt, damnit!!! More RAWR!!!!! Alright, off to do my nightly things since I know I'm tired because I've had to re-type a lot of these words, lol.

Day 2

Weighed myself last night and this morning. 124.2 lbs. At least that means I can say that I have less than 20 lbs to lose . . . ! It is a very yucky day outside. I suppose I can stay inside and do Tae Bo. That is, if it's raining too hard to be outside. Then again, I've run cross country meets in pouring rain and mud so . . . meh. We'll see. Also, other plans might come up! ^^ I'll update later! RAWR!

Day 1a

Only did 25 push-ups and 25 sit ups. But I sure as hell feel it. Sit-ups not so bad. But def the push-ups. Oi.

Day 1

Ok, so this is just going to be my progress in running and exercising. 
Today, I ran 1.23 miles with Doodle. (I seriously wonder how accurate that iPod is. Hm.) About to do my 50 sit-ups and push ups. Weighed myself after eating the leftover pizza for dinner (Yuck! So bad for me! What was I thinking!) and I weighed a grand total of . . . 125.8 lbs. *cry* I need to lose 20.8 lbs. I also want to gain some muscle!!! I'm really going to try and come here everyday (whether I work out or not!) and post about stuff that has to do with my health or exercising or anything like that. Hopefully this will help motivate me. We shall see. But I plan to weigh myself 3 times a day. Once when I 1st get up in the morning, once when I get home from work (or if I don't work, at least around 2 or 3) and then once right before I go to bed. I need to start eating better (and less!) and treating my body better. Once again, I'm hoping that this blog will help to motivate me!!! RAWR! So, to My Future Self . . . Good Luck. You will thank me when A) You feel more comfortable in your clothes and B) you look smokin' hot in that bikini this summer!!!
